Frontier Airlines Launches Unlimited All-You-Can-Fly Annual Ticket: What's Known
Frontier Airlines will have a new all-you-can-fly unlimited ticket. It's like a buffet, but for travelers. You can fly to any number of locations and theoretically pay the same fixed price. Read more about this service told the publication The points guy.
In 2023, a new all-you-can-fly unlimited ticket will appear (fly as much as you can).
What is known about the unlimited ticket
There are few details so far. The GoWild unlimited ticket will be available in spring 2023 and will be valid for 12 months for more than 300 days of travel.
It must be assumed that sometimes it will not work. Most likely on those days that the airline considers peak.
This is not unusual for air passes. JetBlue had a subscription that included flights on Fridays and Sundays, and it cost more than one that excluded those days.
It is also known that Frontier's GoWild will be valid for all Frontier destinations and will offer unlimited flights for the duration of the pass.
However, a potentially thorny problem with the Frontier pass model may be hidden in the line of the email sent out by the airline that says, "You will be able to get confirmation for your flight the day before."
This means that you will receive a booking confirmation only a day before your flight, which greatly limits the benefits of an unlimited ticket, especially for those who are used to booking flights in advance.
Also, be aware that Frontier charges for seat-specific reservations and full-size carry-on baggage, which may add to the cost of your flight.
How much will GoWild cost?
A very important detail we don't yet know is how much this ticket will cost, and Frontier says "only a limited number of passes will be on sale."
When JetBlue had 30-day travel passes over a decade ago, they cost between $499 and $699 depending on whether you wanted to fly on Friday or Sunday.
Earlier this year, Alaska Airlines introduced a subscription-based ticket that starts at $49 per month and goes up to $749 per month. However, this is not an unlimited ticket and only includes flights within California as well as flights to Phoenix (PHX), Reno (RNO) and Las Vegas (LAS).

Frontier's Discount Den Annual Membership, which gives you access to cheaper flights, and an ongoing Kid's Fly Free promotion is $59,99 per year + $40 entry fee. Frontier recently offered a year of top-level VIP status for $499, among other things.
The idea of a new way to fly unlimited times throughout the year at a fixed price from spring 2023 is sure to make some travelers smile.
There is a lot of unknowns about the upcoming Frontier GoWild flight pass, but what we do know is that while it will be valid for any Frontier Airlines destination for more than 300 days a year, there will be some very important conditions.
However, if you would like to be among the first to know more about the unlimited ticket as soon as it becomes available, the airline is compiling a list of interested potential customers.
