Lawyer Matthaus, David Yaroslavich, told Postthat this is his fault, and he takes responsibility for himself, claiming that he confused Christina's situation with another client, from whom the documents were indeed withdrawn. He said that he corrected the error as soon as it became known.

But Hadgej insists that the passport case "was not only a reason for filing a lawsuit, but also a knowingly false testimony."
