From the 24 to the 26 of June in the state of New York, the JetLAG Music Festival will be held for the eighth time with the participation of famous Russian authors and performers.
The venue is the Catskill Mountains northwest of New York, one of the most favorite vacation spots for residents of the state.
Once again, the JetLAG festivalreportedly will surprise all their guests, who according to tradition will be people of different ages, cultures, traditions and beliefs.
Among the participants of JetLAG-2016 are the duet of the famous guitarist and performer Mikhail Bashakov and harmonica player Boris Plotnikov, the cabaret band “Silver Wedding”, the duet of Leonid Fedorov (group “AuktYon”) and Igor Krutogolov (group “Kruzenstein and Steamboat”), festival veteran Vanya Zhuk with guitarist Vadim Kolpakov, Psoy Korolenko and the OPA group, as well as Sergei Trukhanov, Vasily Urevsky, Herbert Morales, Pavel Fakhrtdinov, Nikolai Yakimov and many others.
In addition, DJ Flamingosis (New Jersey), DJ Adam Gibbons (Boston), DJ Spinach (New York), Tron Sepia (Montreal, Canada), Gonsofus (Slovakia), Maria Thornton (Austria) and others will take part in the festival musicians.
Visitors to the festival will be able to enjoy songs around the campfire, as well as DJs from around the world, a hookah bar and a Russian bath. The festival will also host many interesting master classes, including psychology, Slavic yoga and calligraphy. Full class schedule can be found. here.
