The FBI has announced the search for a serial kidnapper

Police and the FBI in Ohio promise rewards for information about a serial thief who steals from children's homes.
A white male with light brown hair and a “neatly trimmed beard”, 155cm tall and a tattoo on his body is suspected of the crimes. He is believed to be driving a Chevrolet Malibu.

The investigating authorities warn that the perpetrator acts very boldly. He steals children from home early in the morning when they and their parents are still asleep; breaks down the door and bursts through the windows and takes the children.
Investigators believe that it was he who stole an 6-year-old girl from her home in Cleveland in the early morning hours of May 21. 17 hours later it was found in another area. Parents are asked to find the kidnapper.
A week before the kidnapping of the girl, the surveillance cameras spotted a man in a hooded hat walking along the alley near the girl’s house.

Authorities claim that it was this man who broke into another house early in the morning, where Ilaria lives. He tried to kidnap a 10-year-old girl from her bedroom in February of this year. Hilaria began to resist and call her father. When the father heard and called 911, the suspect fled.
“Someone climbed through my daughter's window and grabbed her leg,” can be heard on the 911 call recording.
The FBI, meanwhile, is offering a reward of $ 20 thousand for any information that will help find and arrest the villain.
