Fan of "Game of Thrones" requires a duel in court
An attorney from New York and a fan of Game of Thrones, Richard Lutman, demands a deadly fight in court, as in his favorite series. The fact is that his former client sued him. The lawyer considered the claim absurd and in response appealed to the Staten Island court with a request for a deadly duel.
Lutman states that his strange claim was a response to an absurd lawsuit against him. But still in the US duels are not prohibited by law.
Former client Lutman David Parker accused the lawyer that he advised him to go to fraud, transferring money from their accounts to third-party banks. He requires a lawyer 550 thousands of dollars in damages.
