Facebook will teach Ukrainian entrepreneurs how to do business for free: what courses are available

Meta company and project Diya.Business launch a training center for small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine, reports Ukrainian Truth.

This was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov in Telegram.

“Supporting Ukrainian businesses is critical to the economy and society across the country, which is why we launched our small business support center. Here you will find on-demand digital learning, tools and resources to help you during these difficult times,” the project’s website says.

“Entrepreneurs have free access to trainings and courses from the company on the Meta Blueprint and Meta Boost platforms. Everyone will be able to receive training in marketing, SMM, and content creation,” the minister wrote.

The program was launched in 2015 Facebook blueprint. It provides an opportunity to learn more about the advertising tools of a social network and use it as efficiently as possible.

So, Facebook Blueprint is an educational system aimed at teaching everyone the basics of marketing on Facebook and Instagram, reports Zen. The courses offered cover a wide range of topics, you can choose curricula that suit your business goals and learn at your own pace.

In general, the Blueprint program consists of three areas:

Blueprint eLearning – studying online courses.

Courses open in the form of a pop-up window, contain text, pictures, test questions for self-examination. In order to take a course in one of the available languages, you must first edit your profile and change your language preferences.

Blueprint Certification - passing examinations with the issuance of certificates.

blueprint live is a training program led by a trainer who will teach you how to implement Facebook and Instagram advertising principles into your marketing plans.

Most users are limited to the first direction - training. It is here that all the courses available within the program are presented.

Each course consists of a kind of lectures. They are small articles with attachments in the form of photos or videos. On average, each lecture takes about 3-5 minutes to study, so the course can easily be completed in less than an hour.

On the Meta Boost platform, you can:

• watch instructional videos and discover ways to develop your skills;
• find advice on future business development;
• learn how to use Facebook and Instagram to promote your products and services;
• deepen connections through WhatsApp and Messenger conversations with users and other businesses;
• learn how to create creative advertising strategies; be inspired by the example of other entrepreneurs.

In addition, all programs are available in Ukrainian.

Meta also plans to allocate $1,5 million for advertising campaigns for Ukrainian businesses.

“This is significant support for the development and promotion of the products and services of our entrepreneurs,” Fedorov noted.
