Farewell to the tree
The Organization of New York Parks invites you to hold a kind of festival of farewell to the Christmas tree. Bring the tree to one of the designated places, and there it will be processed into shavings. You can get a bag of shavings with you to use as plant fertilizer.
The tree can be brought to many parks in New York from December 26 to January 9.
