Walk and meditation in the park

In weekly sessions, all participants practice the art of living consciously: letting go of resistance to the present moment and experiencing the present as it is. Bring everything you need for meditation (blanket, rug, pillow, towel, etc.) with you.

Once you arrive, there is a 30-minute meditation session surrounded by beautiful trees. Your instructor will guide you step by step through a meditative adventure that will help your mind and body relax. The session will end with a short discussion of meditation, well-being and personal growth.
