Oleg is a talented doctor who works for an ambulance that rushes from patient to patient. Oleg knows: his arrival can change everything. His every success makes the world a better place. The most important thing is where he is trying to accomplish the impossible. And the rest can wait: family, career, own life ... What happened to her? While Oleg saved others, his wife became desperate and decided to file for divorce, and a new chief appeared in the hospital, who cares only about statistics and rules. And Oleg is in a hurry from the call to the call, rushing down the street to change everything. And who knows which task is easier: save others or save yourself?

The festival Far From Moscow, which started in 2016 in Los Angeles, with the participation and curated by the frontman of the Mumiy Troll group, Ilya Lagutenko, aims to develop coverage of topical aspects of Russian culture and therefore is constantly transforming depending on the venue, audience and trends.
