The EU has added to the sanctions list another 13 person and two Crimean companies

The foreign ministers of the EU countries have added 13 people and two Crimean companies to the EU sanctions lists. According to Reuters With reference to European diplomats, the next punitive measures will be taken in connection with the actions of Russia in Ukraine. The names of people and company names have not been disclosed.

Earlier, the EU has already imposed sanctions on 48 Russians and Ukrainians. They are prohibited from entering the countries of the Union, and their accounts are frozen.

As the ITAR-TASS with reference to sources in Brussels, "the measures will take effect on Tuesday." According to diplomats, "the nominal composition will be announced only after the list is published in the Official Journal of the EU."

After the annexation of Crimea, the European Union, as well as a number of individual countries, in particular the United States, introduced sanctions against Russia in several stages. The essence of the measures taken was the blocking of accounts and the entry ban of a number of representatives of the country's top leadership and large businessmen.
