Sticking the winning numbers: two residents of Mississippi tried to get $ 100 thousand on fake tickets
Two men from Mississippi tried to cash a lottery ticket for $ 100 by pasting winning numbers on it, reports Yahoo News.
The two Mississippi men most likely used superglue to attach the winning numbers to the lottery ticket and try to cash it out for $ 100.
Flowood City Police Department told CNN that the men signed the ticket and presented it to the Mississippi Lottery Corporation. While the representatives of the lottery realized that this was a fake, and called the authorities.
Local media published pictures of a fake ticket, on which an inconspicuous strip was glued with "winning numbers" located in the center. The ticket looked like a real one.
