The fact is that during the Olympics in South Korean Pkhenchkhane it will be cold - the air temperature drops to about minus five degrees Celsius. And so that American athletes do not freeze, Ralph Lauren developed a heating system built into the jacket.

It consists of conductive ink, lining and battery. She has two heating modes: strong and weak. In the first case, the battery can supply heat for five hours, in the second - up to 11.

“The heat is instantly supplied, and this is the best in these jackets, considering how low the temperature in Phenchhane can fall,” said CNN.

Jackets have been rigorously tested for safety.

The rest of the uniform will include jeans, a wool sweater in red, white and blue, a wool hat, a leather belt, brown suede fringed gloves and brown shoes with red laces.

The Winter Olympics in the South Korean city of Pkhenchkhan will take place from 9 to 25 in February of 2018.
