10-year-old American boy of Ukrainian origin named Danila helped the Ukrainian army to buy an SUV that will help the fighters destroy local terrorists in the antiterrorist operation zone. So the child ordered gifts for his own birthday.

Because of the modesty of the child, this act would hardly have been known if it had not been for the Ukrainian chaplain (military priest) Konstantin Kholodov. He told this story on his Facebook page.
«This Cossack's name is Danilko. He is a US citizen. He is 10 years old. Danilko invited many guests to his birthday, but in the invitation he indicated the following detail: please do not buy gifts, bring money. The funds raised will go to help the Ukrainian army. Danilko collected $1600 and sent it to our chaplain-volunteer team.”- wrote Konstantin Kholodov.
Volunteers found a car that is suitable for re-equipment into military vehicles in the secondary market in Germany. Having added 400 $, they purchased it and transferred it to Ukraine.
On May 12, the car was handed over to the Ukrainian military man Sergei Maydyuk, who took a photo in front of the car with a poster expressing his gratitude to the young American. Now the army jeep was given the name “Danilko” - in honor of the caring boy. The vehicle is already in combat service in the anti-terrorist operation zone.
