Democrats want to appeal to Trump's decision on the state of emergency

Democratic leaders in the US House of Representatives and Senate Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer consider the decision of President Donald Trump to declare a state of emergency to be illegal and intend to appeal it in court.
