Delta plans to hire thousands of flight attendants: how to get to recruiting meetings
Delta Air Lines is sending recruiters for its first-ever in-person recruitment initiative to meet potential candidates in urban areas of Tennessee, Minnesota and Florida. Writes about it Travel and Leisure.
The company is also sending existing flight attendants on the trip to help potential hires get an idea of what the position actually entails, what kind of travel opportunities they will get, and what their lifestyle and work schedule is like.
“This is a rare and unique opportunity for local residents to connect with our team outside of Atlanta,” said Jennifer Martin, Delta’s managing director of customer service, training and recruiting. “Delta is excited to showcase flight attendant career opportunities to top candidates.”
