CNN published excerpts from the report of the Commission on "Boeing"

CNN unveiled a report on the crash of a Boeing 777 passenger plane crashed in the summer of 2014 over Donbas.

Journalists, citing their own sources, said that the pro-Russian militants were responsible for the crash of the plane.

The draft report on the liner crash has several hundred pages. According to one of the sources familiar with the document, the draft report contains the exact type of rocket that was used to shoot down an airplane. The document also indicates the trajectory of this rocket.

Another source of journalists familiar with the details of the report indicates that there is a per-minute timeline for the fall of an airliner. In addition, the area from which the rocket was fired was installed. The commission concluded that it was in the territory controlled by the pro-Russian militants.

Also, in the report, part of the blame for the fall of the airliner is laid on Malaysia Airlines, which sent the aircraft that day.

The document says that some airlines avoided flying over the conflict zone, but representatives of Malaysia Airlines did not read alerts from other countries and pilots and continued to fly over the conflict zone. Pilot alerts (NOTAM) were issued before flights and they contained warnings about potential dangers, including conflict zones. In particular, there are examples of pilots from the United States and the United Kingdom who have decided not to fly in the specified area.

The Security Council of the Netherlands was investigating not only the MH17 crash, but also carried out research on the safety decision-making process in determining the flight routes.

The National Transportation Safety Board in the Netherlands has brought experts from the Federal Aviation Administration (FFA) and Boeing to investigate.

The full report should be published in the first half of October 2015.

In the Netherlands Security Council, the journalists refused to comment on the information from the report, explaining that the document was confidential. They also refused to provide information on the report to the National Transportation Safety Council and the US Federal Aviation Administration. Also, CNN correspondents tried to take comments from representatives of Boing and Malaysia Airlines.

The Boeing 777 plane crash occurred on July 17, 2014 in the Donetsk region. The plane crash killed 298 people. Ukrainian security forces, journalists and international experts have repeatedly provided evidence that the airliner was shot down by militants using a Buk anti-aircraft missile system. As previously reported, Malaysia has submitted a draft resolution to the UN Security Council on a tribunal for the downed Boeing 777.
