The company is considering options that the system of interaction of the battery with other elements of the smartphone was violated, or the space for the battery was too small, which caused additional pressure on it and caused a fire.

The company postponed the development of a new model for 2 weeks, investors took about $ 20 million investment from it, which in total, taking into account losses from returns and non-sales models, will be about $ 5 billion losses.

At the same time, experts note that problems with the Commodity Commission, as well as with buyers, could have been avoided if the company recognized the presence of problems in its devices as quickly as possible, and withdrew them immediately, without offering a replacement and not giving out people.
