What should Russia expect from the election of Trump as president

Trump is a very tough man, reminiscent of Ronald Reagan; good relations with Putin will not prevent him from pursuing the course that, in his opinion, will correspond to the slogan of his campaign: “Let's make America great again.”

The President of the United States is part of a large and complex political machine. His power is limited by both formal legal and informal traditional mechanisms. All processes will occur gradually, the same issue of lifting the sanctions can not be solved instantly. But on the whole, I have a positive attitude, one can look to the future with optimism.
