The girl passed the ex-boyfriend illegal immigration agents

An illegal immigrant living in Kansas was deported after his ex-girlfriend told immigration and customs agents (ICE) about him.

37-year-old Mexican Serafin Alegria-Zamora was detained after his former girlfriend reported him to immigration authorities, his lawyer Sharma-Crawford said.

Alegria-Zamora’s visa application for a “U” visa (a nonimmigrant visa intended for “victims of certain crimes who were victims of mental or physical abuse”) 4 of the month was pending when he was deported.

He was haunted by a disgruntled ex-girlfriend who had a “bad obsession” to crack down on a man because he started dating another one.

On Friday in the US District Court in Kansas, Sharma-Crawford’s lawyer filed a lawsuit that her client should have been granted a U visa, since the man was “terrorized” by his ex. She sent him a photo with a target on his forehead, as well as photos of dead children.

Alegria-Zamora and his common-law wife also reportedly received a “red-soaked doll with a note with threats.”

But despite this, he was found guilty of illegally returning to the United States and misusing a social security number. His 5-month-old son and common-law wife will remain in the USA.
