Brexit will not be? In Britain, moved the most important vote

British Prime Minister Theresa May has postponed indefinitely a vote in the country's parliament on an agreement on withdrawal from the European Union.

May explained her decision by saying that the proposed Brexit plan did not find support from the deputies. The Prime Minister gave the opportunity to critics of the project to offer an alternative, writes Snob.

What happens to Brexit:

Voting on the draft Brexit agreement was to take place on Tuesday, December 11. Earlier, the media reported that Theresa May may cancel it. According to the BBC, this is due to the risk of no decision, as well as the sharp drop in the pound that occurred before the vote.

On November 14, a draft agreement on the withdrawal of Great Britain from the European Union, prepared under the guidance of May, was announced.

The country is expected to officially leave the European Union 29 in March 2019.

25 November at the summit of the member countries of the Union approved this project.

Why it matters:

In 2018, more than half of UK residents do not support the country's withdrawal from the European Union and demand a second vote.
