A group of more than 50 bikers in northeastern Indiana helped a sixth grade student solve a bullying problem at school.
Tammy Meek is the mother of Dekalb High School student Phil Meek. She began to worry about her son after she learned that he was being bullied. Everything was so serious and bad that the boy admitted that he was thinking about suicide.
A loving mother decided to act and spoke to Brent Warfield from KDZ Motorcycle Sales & Serviceby telling the story of a son.
Warfield had previously worked to raise awareness of intimidation and suicide among adolescents, so he decided to organize a special trip for Phil on his first day at high school.
Warfield published his idea on the page in Facebook a few days before the event, and he received an incredible answer.
More 50 bikers wanted to meet with Phil and his family for breakfast before the first day of school. Some bikers had to spend more than an hour on the road. They all prayed with Phil, and then escorted him to school. Warfield said that the school welcomed this idea, and Phil was very pleased with the new start.
