Homeless found a children's appliqué and get $ 12 thousand

In Canada, the owner of a small antique shop periodically bought from the local vagabond any unwanted trash so that there was something to buy for lunch. The owner of an antique shop, Alexander ArchiBold, knew the local homeless man as a simple and friendly guy who sometimes brought him things for sale. Alexander bought them, just to help the vagabond, regardless of whether he needed a thing or not.

So this time, a homeless man named Adam brought what seemed to be some kind of trash.

The homeless man said that he had found an application in the garbage depicting Bambi the fawn in a battered dirty frame, and he wanted to know if something could be done for her. Alexander, as usual, decided to help Adam and gave him for drawing 20 dollars.

“I thought I could at least clean it,” says the antiquary.

But when Alexander removed the frame, he realized that the picture could turn out to be something valuable. Under the frame was the inscription that the application was made in 1937 year.

I just wanted to do a good deed and didn’t think it could be worth it.

Alexander showed the find on YouTube and asked to suggest what it could be. As a result, the picture turned out to be a true storyboard of Disney Studios, which was used to create the Bambi cartoon.

The application became interested in a man from New York, who, as it turned out, was also homeless before. He laid out for the find 3 700 dollars. Having received the money, Alexander decided that he should share it with Adam.

Antiquarian said that he had traveled the whole city and talked with other vagrants to find a friend, but soon Adam himself returned to the store with another bauble. Then Alexander handed him 1 600 dollars as a sign of a fair deal, and then took him to the bank to help arrange an account, and took him to lunch.

During this time, Adam told him his story. It turned out that the 38-year-old tramp used to work as a builder, but then fell into depression, lost his job, home and family. For the past four years, he has lived on the street in Edmont, and his ex-wife with children in Ontario. Tramp said that he would very much like to return to them, and then Alexander opened for him a collection of donations on GoFundMe.

At the time of publication, Adam donated more than 12 thousand dollars out of the required ten.
