Delta Airlines increases the number of flights from New York to Israel
The US airline Delta Airlines announced the addition of four more flights a week between Tel Aviv and New York since May 2016.
Four new flights will be sent to Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv from John F. Kennedy Airport in New York on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Thus, the total number of weekly flights between Kennedy and Ben Gurion airports will be increased to eleven.
Delta Airlines Senior Vice President, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Nat Pieper said: “Starting next summer, Delta will offer more than 2300 additional seats per week on the Tel Aviv-New York route, one of our most popular transatlantic routes. and this is in response to requests from passengers.”
Piper added that Delta Airlines passengers, after landing at Kennedy Airport, can continue their journey to more than sixty other places in the United States, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago and Orlando.
Delta Airlines also said that the prices for night flights in May next year will start from 1085 dollars. Prices for morning flights have not yet been established.
