Scientists have seen a secret niche
The group of scientists was led by Jiri Shindelar. They collected data to create a digital 3D model of St. Giles's Church.
Scientists found a niche that led to a secret corridor 6 meters long. They began to study the premises. When the territory was thoroughly examined, we saw a small cavity.
What was in the find
Scientists extracted the remains of an old box from the cavity. It was decorated with gold and silver. On the lid of the box was a massive gold plate with a cross and the letters IR. According to radiocarbon dating, parts of the oak date back to 260-416 BC, and larch wood - 1290-1394, reports "Higher Technologies".

The researchers explained that these letters are an abbreviation for the Latin Jesus Rex, that is, Jesus the King. When the box was opened, they saw a piece of iron nail. The complete nail is estimated to be 6 inches (15 cm) long. It has a curved gold cross on it.
What archaeologists say about the find
Most likely, the nail was hidden by people who were sure that it was part of one of the relics associated with the suffering of Jesus Christ.
According to archaeologists, the nail is an extremely important discovery in science and the Christian religion.
