Ani Lorak goes on tour in the US

Popular Ukrainian singer Ani Lorak told what surprises await her fans during January concerts in the USA, and also promised that these performances will become “historical”.

This Lorak said in an interview Russian Chicago.

“This will be a new special program consisting of the most hit songs, both new and earlier. There will be a full-fledged show, since we are bringing sound and light, as well as ballet, musicians, many costumes and a lot of other interesting things. The concert will not be held in a club format, but in large halls, so we will also be able to communicate,” said Ani Lorak.

The singer added that she was looking forward to the meeting, and also named two reasons why her performances in the United States should be visited.

“Firstly, we can safely say that my concerts in America will be historic, since it is you and me who will write this story, and secondly, there will be energy, there will be a lot of love that has been accumulating for decades, and I really want to finally to convey it to you in the form of music, songs, conversations and just a good, kind atmosphere,” she explained.

Lorak recalled that the January tour includes one concert in Toronto (Canada) - January 15, and five performances in the USA: January 16 - New York, January 17 - Chicago, January 22 - Miami, January 23 - Los Angeles and January 24 - San Francisco.

It is worth noting that the active preparations of the artist for the concerts were in jeopardy. The Ukrainian diaspora in America prepared a petition to the US Department of Homeland Security asking them to refuse Ani Lorak’s visa because, despite the conflict in the Donbas, she continues to tour in Russia, reports “Today".

“In memory of all those who died for our Ukraine, in honor of those who risk their lives for our Ukraine and for the future of our Ukraine, let’s unite and not allow her concert,” wrote public activist Diana Goldak on the social network.
