American businessman ready to send thousands of 10 people to space for free

Non-profit organization Space for humanity collected $ 10 million from anonymous benefactors to send 10 thousands of people into space, writes about it SpaceNews.

The organization, founded by American investor Dylan Taylor, seeks to eliminate injustice and make space flights available to everyone. In the entire history, only 536 people flew into space. Among them, the absolute majority are men from several developed countries. The organization began to select volunteers on its website.

The idea is to gather people from different social, property, cultural and national groups. Having been in space, participants will serve as "goodwill ambassadors" and tell others about their experiences and feelings.

В Space for humanity have not yet decided how they will send people into space. In particular, the option of buying flights on high-altitude balloons from the company World View Enterprises or on a suborbital ship New shepard from the company Blue Origin. According to Taylor, this format will allow sending entire groups of tourists into space.
