Love is not without limits: an American woman who has flown to her fiance in Russia is deported

22-year-old US citizen Aubrey Michelle Allen, after meeting on the Internet, flew to Russia to a young man who, some time later, proposed to her.

However, the joy of the bride and groom was short-lived, because the division of the Russian migration service in North Ossetia, where 25-year-old Alan Khachirov lives, decided to expel the American from the country.

Aubrey Michelle Allen is accused of violating Russian immigration laws, and she is already in the temporary detention center for foreign citizens, but her lover intends to appeal the verdict to the Supreme Court of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania.

Young people were reportedly communicating through social networks for two years. When the girl decided to come to Russia, Alan met her in Moscow and brought her to the Mozdok district of North Ossetia, where she got registered with the local department of the FMS.

The couple planned to sign, expecting the birth of a child, but after endless court sessions, Aubrey was reportedly miscarried due to severe stress.

The expulsion of an American woman from Russia could be a tragedy for the lovers, since Alan Khachirov is a police officer and cannot travel abroad. In addition, he says, he is “categorically against living in the United States,” and they planned to live in North Ossetia.

“Aubrey loves it here. If necessary, she is even ready to renounce US citizenship and accept Russian citizenship,” says Alan Khachirov. “We didn’t violate any laws, and the court’s decisions contain inconsistencies in many respects.” If she is expelled from the country, then, of course, it will be a tragedy, because deportation automatically imposes a ban on entry into Russia for five years.”

Khachirov’s relatives tell everyone that they really liked his bride, and the young man’s mother asked the authorities not to destroy the happiness of her son and “this poor girl.”

“The girl is unusually pure, kind and smiling. She lived with us for two months, and, honestly, she became my daughter,” says Olga Khachirova.

It is expected that this week Aubrey Michelle Allen may be expelled from Russia to the United States.
