American woman pays for her studies by selling positive pregnancy tests

In Florida, a student is selling positive pregnancy tests to pay for college. Reports the edition about it Huffington Post.
Recently, an announcement about the sale of a positive $ 25 pregnancy test was posted on Craigslist. For those who have to go more than 60 miles (about 97 km), the ad author offers a discount of two for $ 35.

“Whether you use them for your own amusement, such as a prank, or want to blackmail the director with whom you are having an affair, I don’t care at all,” the ad reads.
The journalist of the WJAX-TV channel decided to contact the girl in order to buy a test, and at the same time to interview her. The future mother agreed to communicate on condition of anonymity.
As it turned out, the ad was posted by a student who is in the 3 month of pregnancy. Proceeds from the sale of urine money she gives to study in college. Thus, she earns about $ 200 per day.
To find out how this type of activity is legal, the television company turned to lawyer and former FBI agent Dale Carson. He said that there is nothing illegal in the sale of tests for pregnancy, but the buyer who uses them to deceive can be accused of fraud.
