An American wounded himself by shooting an armadillo

In the US state of Texas there was a curious case. The man tried to shoot the battleship, but eventually wounded himself.

The details of this incident, the local police announced on July 31. A man in the morning went out into the courtyard of his house and saw an armadillo. For some reason, he decided that this animal was dangerous, so he returned to the house for his 38 caliber revolver. He shot the battleship three times. One of the bullets ricocheted off the bone plates on the body of the animal and hit the man in the face.

With a wound to the jaw, the shooter was taken to the hospital by helicopter. There he was operated on. Battleship, most likely, was not injured. The police could not find him, and there were no traces of blood on the lawn.

Armadillos are absolutely not dangerous for humans. They eat insects and look like moles by habits. In most cases a person can frighten them away very easily.
