Amazon received a patent for a technology that will allow you to unlock the phone with your ear.

If the technology is implemented, it will work as follows: a person brings the phone to his ear, the front camera takes a picture of the auricle and compares the photo with that in the database. That is, the technology is similar to the one used for authorization using a fingerprint.
