Aldi is looking for a couple who will marry in a supermarket: they will pay for the wedding and give her a year's food package
People have gotten married in strange places, but no one has ever done it in an Aldi store. Now the chain is hoping to change that: the company is looking for a couple who want to get married in one of the stores. In addition, Aldi will pay the costs and donate a year's worth of groceries. The wedding will take place at the Aldi Insights Center, the company's headquarters in Batavia, Illinois. The store will be converted into a wedding venue, with an Aldi employee officiating the ceremony.
Aldi will cover living expenses, hair, make-up, photography, personalized wedding favors and a couple's reception for up to 50 guests. The reception will feature Aldi food and beverages, including the signature tiered wedding cake.
