'Will live forever in my heart': Trump's younger brother died
The younger brother of US President Donald Trump, Robert Trump, has died in a hospital in Manhattan. He was 72 years old. Writes about it with the BBC.
The cause of death was not specified. Reports of the death of Robert Trump have been confirmed in the White House.
“It is with a heavy heart that I announce that my wonderful brother, Robert, passed away in peace this evening,” the president said in a statement.
Donald Trump was close to his younger brother, who held positions of responsibility in his companies.
In the 1980s, Robert was instrumental in opening Trump's Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

“He was not only my brother, he was my best friend. I will miss him very much, but we will meet again. His memory will live in my heart forever,” Trump said.
It was Robert who filed a lawsuit on behalf of the Trump family demanding to ban the publication of the book by their niece Mary Trump, in which the president is presented in an extremely negative light.
“Robert, I love you. Rest in peace,” the president’s statement ends.
