Bloody bullfight: Americans are seriously injured while on holiday in Spain
After the opening of the San Fermin festival in Spain, during a bullfight, a man from San Francisco (California) butted a bull in his neck. The man was immediately hospitalized, writes FOX News.

An 46-year-old man took part in a bullfight in the town of Pamlona and at the end of the race he was injured by a bull strike. The injuries were serious enough and required surgical intervention.
It was one of two Americans who were injured at this festival. Another 23-year-old from Kentucky was injured in the thigh and hospitalized. The names of the victims are not reported.
In addition, at least three more people were injured. City officials said a Spanish citizen 40 had a hip injury and two young Spaniards got head injuries.

This festival attracts about 1 million viewers every year. During the 9 day fiesta of San Fermin, six bulls run through the narrow streets of the city every morning, and after the race these animals are fought.
