Starbucks chain of coffee houses raises prices
When buying coffee today at Starbucks, it’s worth remembering about the price increase that the caffeine network planned earlier.
In a statement released on July 1, Starbucks announced price increases for some drinks from July 12 to 30 cents, which is still unknown.
However, the price adjustment was made to the sales system ahead of time, so some customers had a load of 30 cents per drink.
The company asked customers who believe they have overpaid to contact 1-800-782-7282 customer service.
Of course, you can ignore the price increase if you make your coffee at home. But if you're a member of the Starbucks Rewards program, raising prices could earn you more rewards.
Earlier this year, Starbucks overhauled its popular Rewards program. So now customers get two stars per dollar, instead of one per purchase.
