Ex-president of Kalmykia sues US Treasury Department
Former President of Kalmykia (Russia) and President of the International Chess Federation (FIDE) Kirsan Ilyumzhinov intends to sue the US Treasury Department, whose sanctions, in his opinion, offend his honor and dignity.
