Trader Joe's rolls, including Turkish or Italian, are terrible because they contain about 700 calories.

"Usually you think the meatloaf isn't that bad, but then you get shocked by the number of calories you eat," she says.

Vegetables and fruits

“Fresh vegetables and fruits can be purchased well and not so well,” warns Sickles. “I only buy things I’ll use in the next day or so, because then they look worse than in other stores.”

Cabbage rolls with beef

Cabbage rolls with beef did not like Brenda. And it's not just about taste, she also noted a specific flavor that can cause “the ire of colleagues”, if used semi-finished at work.

Frozen Brown Rice

Cooking rice can sometimes be troublesome. It would seem that you can save time by buying frozen pre-cooked rice, but the blogger does not advise doing this. One of the main reasons is that it is very expensive.

Cooked frozen rice costs $4 for three 10-ounce bags, while uncooked rice costs $0.71 for the same amount.

“I liked the quality, but it was too expensive,” Sickles says.
