20 US Cities with the best entertainment
Fun is a very subjective thing. Some people like to jump on the trampoline, some ride the rides, but for someone the real fun is to read a book. But it turns out that there is a metric that measures how much fun in a particular city, writes Travel and leisure.
The researchers at WalletHub in 2017 compared 150 to the largest cities in the US in terms of 58 indicators to determine the most fun megacities. Among the criteria were the number of fitness centers per capita, spending on movies, average bar hours and more.
In general, researchers evaluated three key aspects: entertainment and leisure, nightclubs and parties, and the cost of entertainment. Each city was rated on a 100-scale, where 100 is the largest number and variety of entertainment.
In the top ranking were such cities as Las Vegas, New York, Miami and New Orleans.
