Melania writes that immediately after receiving a positive test, Barron Trump also took tests, which showed that he did not have coronavirus. However, she continued to worry and her “fears were confirmed” when a repeat test confirmed COVID-19.
“Fortunately, he is a strong teenager and did not have any symptoms,” Melania continues. “In a way, I was glad that all three of us went through this at the same time, so we had the opportunity to take care of each other and spend this time together.”
Earlier, representatives of Melania Trump said that the children of the couple are not infected with the coronavirus. They did not report positive analyzes of the child.

The first lady also describes how the illness passed on herself.
“I was very lucky because my diagnosis was accompanied by minimal symptoms. But they all began to appear at the same time, it seemed that there was some kind of fan of symptoms in the days that followed [after the diagnosis]. I had pain in various parts of my body, cough and headache. Most of the time I felt very overwhelmed,” Melania writes.
Describing her treatment methods, she noted that she "decided to go a more natural route in terms of medications" and took vitamins and ate healthy foods.
As soon as it became known that President Trump was infected with the COVID-19 virus, he spent three days in the hospital, where he was treated with dexametozone, the antiviral drug Remdesivir and the Regeneron antibody complex.
