10 US cities with the most affordable housing

Data on the real estate market as of the beginning of 2019 show that this year can be difficult for both buyers and sellers of housing due to rising mortgage rates and real estate prices.

However, throughout the country there are still many cities offering cheap homes, writes Fox Business.

To determine which cities currently offer the most affordable homes, experts analyzed the change in average house prices in the city from 2017 to 2018 year, using Zillow data, and compared them with the annual change in average household income in the region.

10 cities that offer competitive real estate prices:

1. Annapolis, Md.

• Changes in household income: 9,4%
• Change in the cost of housing: -5%

The median home price in Annapolis is quite high at $475, but a year earlier it was almost $000. Additionally, the city has a high median household income, which increased from $500 to $000 over the year.

2. Murfreesboro, Tennessee

• Change in the cost of housing: -1,6%
