A Russian who lost his entire family in a fire in Winter Cherry told about his trip to the USA

I arrived a month and a half ago, at the beginning of January 2019. In a month, 20 March, I will be back home.

What emotions does this country cause you?

Absolutely different world. I keep my blog on Instagram, where I show readers America. But I have no purpose to show that they are good, and we are bad. I react well to the constructive: “Igor, how do the poor or those who live in trailers live?”. I thought and went to watch mobile homes.

What state are you in?

I'm in Florida in Tampa, but I went to Clearwater to watch mobile homes. They are made from shit. These are sea containers or sandwich panels. Today I went to look at the trailer park and ofigel. Exactly. I upset myself. I have not found evidence of what is bad here. I personally saw the homeless with a gold chain the size of the little finger. Here, homeless people dress well. They do not die of hunger and do not sham through garbage.

Did you go to the USA at your own expense?

Of course. Not only did they pay us compensation, I’m not poor either. I have my own business. I traveled before, took my own and took it out for a month. And who would help me? I only have a mother.

How did mom respond to your departure?

Courses in psychology. I need to deal with my problems and pain. In Instagram, I met a man from Thailand named Roman. His daughter died in a car accident. He supported me and in comments said to ill-wishers: “You yourself will first experience this.” He also threw everything and travels. We are completely different people with different views, but both travel.

I have been interested in psychology since 15 years. I have a driving motive - how to overcome this pain. I think I am doing quite well, holding on and not crying day and night. With such tragedies, people go to work so that they do not have to think about anything. For me, this is excluded, because I have devoted my whole life to work. I invested in the business of the soul. For the sake of the family.

What else do you do in the USA?

All that I lived for was gone. I had a goal - to secure my family financially. If I die, it is important that my wife does not have to work. She was a housewife and was engaged in children. I wanted to save it. I have always been focused on this. The family is gone - for whom do I do something? I'm a modest guy, I don't need yachts.

When I was paid compensation, friends and businessmen came to me with suggestions, but I was not interested in this (the relatives of the victims of the fire paid compensation in the spring of 2018, five million rubles ($ 75 850) for the deceased - approx. TJ).

You were offered a business cooperation, knowing what your position is?

What does “in this position” mean? I do not say that I am not ready to think about finances. I am adequate, I talk, we go to a cafe together, we can even have fun. I am a living person.

I am slowly returning to life. I think that you need to live and develop. I'm passing now trade courses on amazon. I am not actively studying, but I started it. My friend and I compared my business with the profitability of 20-25% from Amazon. You are only three or four years fighting off your money, and then you start earning. Here 200-300% per annum. I thought why not. I understand the trade, is not tied to the land, I just need a computer, so you can do it anywhere.

On Instagram, you said you went to the United States to shoot a film based on the tragedy in Winter Cherry. Tell us about it.

This is a joke. When I went to rest in Thailand, our shit-news issuedthat "a patriot drapanul from Russia." Even Kemerovo news duplicated it. I'm pissed off. Who cares where I'm going? It is logical that the person after the experience will leave the country. I decided to roll all the envious. He said about the shooting of the film. Making a Hollywood movie is every man’s dream, but it was a joke on news sources. In fact, I just went to winter.

In theory, could you participate in the filming of a documentary film based on the tragedy?

More likely no than yes. It is very hard to voroshit, however. This is a very big pain. I want to come to a state where I can calmly think and remember my children without tears.

In Instagram, I often write with the question of how to live after the loss of loved ones. I answer every time. Once in the comments I wrote that time does not heal. I absolutely agree, because everyone has everything individually. Someone passed the shock, and then the situation is aggravated. When awareness comes, people can break. Everyone gets so that they do not think about what happened, but begin to live on and forget. This is an average reaction, how to deal with it. I don't want that.

For example, you were in the Disneyland and rode all the rides. But for some reason you can’t get to Disneyland anymore. He is no more - he burned out. All your happiness burned out. You are not killed about this? Do you remember that there is cool there, but you do not perceive the situation, that everything is ****** [kapets], I will forget it, because it hurts me to remember. You will not forget, but you will always remember and get memories of the family. But remember not with pain that they will not be returned anymore, but with joy that it was. This is my way.

You turned your Instagram profile into blogthere are more 100 thousands of subscribers. You speak on the topic of Russia, the United States, individual events and communicate with subscribers. Where does this activity come from?

Instagram fills my void. Before the tragedy, I did not need it. I only had a profile in "VKontakte" and then not for communication, but to read and listen to music. I was not even in Odnoklassniki. After the tragedy, it became a necessary measure for giving publicity, I climbed wherever possible. I even wanted to go to Europe so that nothing would be hushed up. We all go down to the brakes.

I remember the first day after the fire. I look out the window in the morning as the Winter Cherry burns out. I have a review from the eighth floor. I tell my mother that I can not live here anymore, I need to leave.

I thought that I should go to Sochi, but the next thought: “I will move to Sochi, and then my child will not be saved again? Or will he get drunk garbage in a car? ” Will not work.

On the first day there were thoughts that I should leave. On the second day there was a rally, then on the third day I realized that, no matter where I was in Russia, trouble might happen at any time, and I have to do something about it — deaths are enough. And I wanted to do something with it, influence it. No one is immune from this. The police is not working with us. Nobody will protect you. For ambulance, too much hope is not necessary. Also a fire. Nobody will save you. Hope to wait for nowhere.
