The first snowstorm of the season broke into the territory of three states, worsening conditions in the city and reducing visibility throughout the region.
The National Meteorological Service warned that precipitation could reach 2,5-5 cm in approximately 4 hours.

In addition, the National Meteorological Service issued a winter storm warning for more than 12 counties in the three states.
As a result, the city and areas along I-95 can see up to 12, see snow by the end of Thursday evening, which is a month earlier than the typical schedule. To help utilities clear the snow, parking on an alternate side was suspended on Thursday in New York.
In the north and west of the three states, more snow will fall before it starts to rain. It is expected from 5 to 8 inches (cm 12,7 to 20,32) precipitation.
Coastal areas will see mostly rain or traces of snow.
There is sleet in most of the region. This can lead to power outages. Weather conditions threaten slippery roads and dangerous trips.
A series of accidents was recorded on bridges in New York and elsewhere in three states. No potential victims were reported at the time of this writing.
It will rain in most parts of the territory by Friday morning. Snow can fall in remote suburbs in the north and west. Due to the glaciation of power lines, power outages are expected.
