Named the best and worst US airlines
The annual ranking of the best and worst US airlines led the company Delta. Rating is The Points Guy, writes USA Today.
Every year, The Points Guy is 10 ranking of the best and worst US airlines. Airlines were evaluated by the criteria: punctuality, comfort, price, quality of customer service, lost luggage.
“Our rankings directly reflect industry changes and consumer preferences,” says Brian Kelly, CEO and founder of The Points Guy.
Compared to last year, Delta has risen by two positions, displacing Alaska Airlines, which has topped the list in the last two years, and Southwest Airlines, which is the country's largest national carrier.
Delta has risen in rating due to two criteria - 92,7% of aircraft arrive on time and have the largest network of lounges.
Frontier Airlines was recognized as the worst airline of 10. The company dropped five positions from last year. The company has the highest rate of flight delays, as well as a high level of complaints from customers.
